Koh Samui Estate
Selling off-plan villas, 10,000 km away, to buyers who may never walk the land before they reserve. The site has to earn trust, answer investor questions, and stay up to date without a developer.
- Client
- Koh Samui Estate, villa developer
- Sector
- Luxury real estate, Thailand
- Delivered
- September 2026

The challenge
Three developments (Sea View, Eden Tropical, Terra Mare), completed villas to show as references, and French- and English-speaking investors. Prices and availability change every week: depending on a developer for each update was not an option.
Mid-project, the brand was also renamed (from "Oriental Projects" to Koh Samui Estate) and moved to a new domain: every page, canonical tag and the sitemap followed.
What was delivered
- 74 pages, FR & ENEvery page exists in both languages, linked for Google (hreflang) and listed in the sitemap.
- Sanity back officePrices, photos, development copy, villas for sale: the client edits, the site updates with no redeploy.
- Interactive plot mapsEvery plot is clickable with its status (available, reserved, sold), plus a protected "manage mode" to update it.
- Yield calculatorInvestors pick a villa, a rental scenario and a holding period: gross yield, net yield and payback, live.
- Brochures & leadsBrochure request form: email notification, automatic download, and every enquiry archived privately in the back office.
- Investor guidesBuying as a foreigner, leasehold, rental yield, the neighbourhood: content that answers real questions and draws search traffic.
A closer look

Under the hood
A static site (fast, secure, cheap to host) that loads its content from a headless CMS. If the CMS doesn't answer, every page shows its fallback content: the site never goes down.
The detail that matters
Enquiries stay private. Prospects' contact details live in a space separate from public content, unreadable without authentication — verified by testing.
A rename without breakage. Brand renamed on every page, switch to the new domain, share images and favicon redone, back office moved to its new address.
Built to be handed over. The client adds new PDF brochures, updates a price or marks a villa "sold" on their own.
